Job Summary

Kharis Management Consult Limited seeks hardworking, reliable, and motivated Poultry Farm Hands to support daily farm operations. The successful candidates will assist in bird care, farm maintenance, feeding, cleaning, and general poultry production activities to ensure smooth and efficient farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Feed and water poultry birds according to farm schedules and procedures.
• Clean and disinfect poultry houses, equipment, and surrounding areas regularly.
• Assist in monitoring bird health and report any abnormalities to supervisors.
• Support vaccination, medication, and other basic animal care activities as directed.
• Collect eggs and handle them carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity standards within the farm environment.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of feed and farm supplies.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support general maintenance and upkeep of farm facilities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve farm production targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant qualification or certification in Agriculture or Animal Husbandry is an advantage.
• Previous experience in poultry farming or agricultural work is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a farm environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to hygiene, safety, and animal welfare standards.
