Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Preschool Head to lead our early years department. The successful candidate will create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment that supports the holistic development of every child while guiding staff to deliver excellence in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the preschool.
• Create and maintain a warm, inclusive, and child-centered learning environment.
• Supervise, mentor, and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and care.
• Implement and oversee an effective early years curriculum aligned with international best practices.
• Monitor children’s progress and ensure developmental milestones are achieved.
• Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers through effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Organize school activities, events, and programs that enrich children’s learning experiences.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s in Early Childhood Development is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in a preschool setting.
• Strong knowledge of early years curriculum and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated passion for child development and early learning.
