The Role

The Finance Account Assistant supports the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficient day-to-day accounting operations. This role focuses on accounts receivable, financial data management, and supporting reporting processes.

The successful candidate brings attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of financial accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients where necessary
  • Support data entry and ensure accuracy in accounting systems
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience & Skills

  • Relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
