Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships. In this role, you will actively ensure that procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company policies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services according to organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Manage procurement records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast and meet supply requirements.
• Monitor market trends and recommend cost-saving strategies.

Requirements

• HND or Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Procurement Officer.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and procurement software.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
