Key Responsibilities

As the Professional Driver, you will:

• Safely transport company executives, employees, and authorized visitors to designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, well-maintained, and serviced according to the company’s maintenance schedule.
• Follow assigned travel schedules while adapting efficiently to changes in routes and itineraries.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, mileage records, fuel consumption reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Comply with all road traffic regulations and company driving policies at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, equipment, or other items when required.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate department.
• Exercise professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality while transporting company personnel and guests.
• Support other transportation-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• A valid Ghanaian Class C Driver’s Licence or higher with a clean driving record.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a professional, executive, or corporate driver.
• Good knowledge of road networks and traffic patterns in Takoradi and surrounding areas. Familiarity with routes in other major cities is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including weekends and public holidays when operationally required.
