The Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis, in partnership with the Government of Ghana, is seeking to recruit qualified and professional nurses to strengthen healthcare delivery. This initiative aims to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across hospital and community settings while promoting public health and wellness.


Available Positions

  1. Registered General Nurse – Medical Ward
    • Provide adult medical ward care in hospital settings.
    • Deliver evidence-based, individualized patient care.
    • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist in treatment plans.
  2. Registered General Nurse – Private/Specialist Ward
    • Provide care in private or specialist wards.
    • Deliver individualized patient care in a confidential and professional environment.
    • Support specialized medical treatments and patient monitoring.
  3. Community Health Nurse
    • Deliver community-based healthcare services.
    • Conduct public health education, health promotion, and preventive services.
    • Engage with community members to support wellness initiatives and reduce health risks.

Educational & Professional Requirements

  • Must be a registered nurse in the relevant category.
  • Proven experience in the respective area of practice.
  • Strong clinical knowledge, patient care, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in diverse environments, including hospital and community settings.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and extended hours when necessary.
