Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and professional Waiters to provide outstanding service to our guests. The ideal candidate will actively create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure smooth dining experiences, and contribute to the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, including specials and beverages.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Handle bills and payments accurately when required.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

• Educational requirement: SHS, HND, or equivalent.
• Very fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous experience as a waiter or in hospitality is an advantage.
