Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Programme Managers to lead and oversee high-impact governance initiatives. You will manage program design, implementation, and evaluation while ensuring alignment with the Centre’s mission and strategic objectives. This is a dynamic role that requires leadership, innovation, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of governance programs and initiatives
• Develop program strategies, work plans, and budgets to achieve measurable outcomes
• Coordinate with government agencies, partners, and stakeholders to ensure program success
• Track progress, evaluate program impact, and report findings to senior management
• Identify opportunities for scaling initiatives and improving program effectiveness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, donor requirements, and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Advanced university degree in Governance, Political Science, Law, Economics, International Relations, Development Studies, or Public Administration
• Minimum of 7–10 years’ relevant experience in program design, implementation, and management
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Strong analytical, research, and reporting abilities
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in French, Arabic, or Portuguese is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results
