Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and effective communication to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Supervise site engineers and coordinate activities with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide timely updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Certified Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI); PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
