Role Overview

Spektra Global seeks a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of construction materials and equipment. The successful candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize construction materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of materials in line with safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement teams
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely material availability
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and controls
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to operational procedures
• Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in the construction industry
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
