Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and planning frameworks for construction projects.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.

Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks.

Provide planning support to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Prepare project progress reports and planning documentation for management review.

Support resource planning and allocation across project activities.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and construction planning standards.
Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and real estate project planning.
