Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promote products and services to increase awareness and drive sales.
• Demonstrate product features and communicate key benefits effectively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable options.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure brand visibility.
• Support sales campaigns, activations, and promotional events.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales or engagement targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND, Degree, or SHS Certificate.
• Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
