Position Overview

The Property Verification Officer will be responsible for verifying property information, conducting field inspections, and ensuring that all property listings meet the company’s verification standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations and sales teams to confirm property ownership, documentation, and authenticity before listings are approved for the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections to verify property locations, conditions, and details.

• Review and validate property ownership documents and related records.

• Confirm the authenticity and accuracy of property information before listing.

• Coordinate with property owners, agents, and relevant authorities during verification processes.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of property verification activities.

• Prepare verification reports and submit findings to management.

• Ensure compliance with company verification procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Identify potential risks or discrepancies in property documentation and report them promptly.

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Land Economy, Business Administration, Surveying, Geography, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in real estate operations, property verification, land documentation, or field inspection will be an advantage.
