Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to ensure compliance with quality standards across all manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will monitor quality systems, support documentation and validation processes, and help maintain GMP compliance throughout operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Support pharmaceutical documentation, qualification, and validation processes
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards
  • Review production records and quality documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in identifying, investigating, and resolving quality deviations
  • Maintain accurate quality assurance records and reports
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system
  • Collaborate with production and laboratory teams to ensure product quality

Requirements & Qualifications

  • HND or B.Sc in Laboratory Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical documentation, qualification, and validation processes is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a regulated and structured environment
