About the Company:
A Ghanaian agribusiness and manufacturing company based in the Greater Accra and Ashanti regions. The company specializes in producing agricultural commodities, particularly fish feed and related agricultural.

The company is looking to hire a Quality Control Lab Technician to join its Kumasi team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct prescribed testing of raw materials, work-in-progress inventory, and finished products to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards.
• Accurately record, analyze, and interpret test results and prepare reports on laboratory findings and product quality trends.
• Maintain laboratory equipment in good working condition through routine calibration, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
• Support research and development activities by testing new materials, formulations, and production processes aimed at improving product quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), product safety standards, sanitation procedures, and company policies.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality assurance systems to ensure consistent product excellence.

Qualification and Experience

• HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in a laboratory or quality control environment.
• Sound knowledge of microbiology, chemical testing principles, GMPs, and HACCP standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
