Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Lead to oversee and strengthen our quality assurance systems across production processes. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with international food safety standards, lead quality inspections, and drive continuous improvement in product quality and operational hygiene.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all quality control and assurance activities within the production facility.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external certification processes.
  • Monitor and manage quality inspections, testing procedures, and laboratory analyses.
  • Implement and maintain sanitation, pest control, and environmental monitoring systems.
  • Track, analyze, and report quality performance data to support decision-making.
  • Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure consistent product quality and safety.
  • Train and guide staff on quality standards and food safety practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biological Sciences, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.

Certifications

  • Certification in Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), HACCP, or Quality Management is required.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP).
  • Proven experience in conducting internal audits and ensuring certification compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in laboratory testing, quality inspections, and process control.
  • Knowledge of environmental safety systems, including sanitation and pest control.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills for quality performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
