Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with established standards. The ideal candidate will actively monitor operations, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate production and operational processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and analysis of products and processes.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare quality reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality performance.

Requirements

• SHS, HND, or Diploma qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in quality engineering or quality control.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems is an advantage.
