Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient front desk operations, and exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, courteous assistance at all times.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and room reservation processes efficiently.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest information, and front desk activities.
- Provide guests with information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and smooth operations.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and support basic administrative and clerical duties.
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
- Ensure confidentiality of guest information and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Support team members and contribute positively to overall guest satisfaction.
Educational & Professional Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, hospitality, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and booking/reservation systems.
- Professional appearance with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
