Position Overview
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations efficiently, and ensure every guest enjoys a positive experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about services and facilities
Handle phone calls, emails, and reservations professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain accurate records and front desk documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
