Position Overview

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations efficiently, and ensure every guest enjoys a positive experience from arrival to departure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently

  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about services and facilities

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and reservations professionally

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records and front desk documentation


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is an advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
