Role Overview
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will create a welcoming environment, manage front desk operations, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area at all times
- Handle appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
- Support basic administrative tasks and office documentation
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and positive client experience

Requirements

- Basic telephone handling and professional email etiquette skills
