Role Overview

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will create a welcoming environment, manage front desk operations, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily office activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Maintain an organized and presentable reception area at all times
  • Handle appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
  • Support basic administrative tasks and office documentation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ensure smooth front desk operations and positive client experience

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic telephone handling and professional email etiquette skills
