Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area at all times
- Handle appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
- Support basic administrative tasks and office documentation
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and positive client experience
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a professional and organized individual who:
- Communicates clearly and confidently in spoken and written English

Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma, HND, or Degree in Administration or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic telephone handling and professional email etiquette skills
