Job Summary

KEDA Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking an experienced and people-focused Recruitment Specialist to support its workforce needs by attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional recruitment experience for candidates while ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes, particularly for operational and industrial roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a positive and welcoming candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.

  • Support recruitment needs across manufacturing, outsourcing/manpower supply, and industrial operations.

  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for skilled, semi-skilled, and technical roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular recruitment reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, outsourcing/manpower supply, or industrial recruitment environments.

    • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ relevant recruitment experience.

    • Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment.

    • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

    • Applicant must reside in Takoradi.
