Job Summary
KEDA Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking an experienced and people-focused Recruitment Specialist to support its workforce needs by attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional recruitment experience for candidates while ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes, particularly for operational and industrial roles.
Key Responsibilities
Create a positive and welcoming candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
Support recruitment needs across manufacturing, outsourcing/manpower supply, and industrial operations.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for skilled, semi-skilled, and technical roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular recruitment reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, outsourcing/manpower supply, or industrial recruitment environments.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ relevant recruitment experience.
Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Applicant must reside in Takoradi.
