A reputable Media Organisation is seeking to recruit qualified Regional Manager (Bolga).

The ideal candidate will work under the Channel Marketing and Circulation Manager as the Regional Manager (Bolga).

Duties

• Co-ordinate the distribution of the newspapers in the region.
• Receive newspapers from the Head Office and co-ordinates distribution to vendors and subscribers
• Formulate strategies for marketing the Corporation’s products and services in the region.
• Receive advertisement and printing jobs in the region and forward to Head Office.
• Update quantities of newspapers to be supplied.
• Liaise with vendors and subscribers to ensure prompt payments and collection of unsold copies.
• Submit regional reports to reflect supplies quantities, sales and payment position on monthly basis. Prospecting for adverts and subscription.
• Promptly collect and pay to the bank all subscription bills.
• Appraise the performance of immediate subordinates and review those for lower level subordinates. Undertake research on the market including competitors’ activities and report findings to the Head of Department.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least first Degree in Business Administration in Marketing or related field with a minimum working experience of two (2) years.
