Job Summary

The Regional Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operational activities, coordinate logistics processes, and ensure the efficient delivery of courier services within the assigned region. The successful candidate will lead operational teams, monitor performance, implement process improvements, and maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily regional operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and service quality.
• Lead, coach, and support operational staff to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate logistics activities, route planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, fleet, and operational resources to maximize efficiency.
• Investigate operational issues and implement timely corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management.
• Foster a welcoming, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles.
• Experience in the courier or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational systems.
