Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow our Platinum Banking and Wealth Management portfolio. The successful candidate will deliver personalized financial solutions, deepen client relationships, and drive portfolio growth while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of platinum banking clients, building strong relationships to drive loyalty and long-term value.
  • Mobilize deposits and grow assets through proactive engagement with new and existing customers.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions, including loans, cards, digital banking, and investment products.
  • Source and onboard new clients to expand the priority banking portfolio.
  • Identify lending opportunities, conduct initial credit assessments, and recommend appropriate credit solutions in line with policy.
  • Book quality consumer loans while ensuring full compliance with documentation and credit requirements.
  • Monitor loan facilities to ensure adherence to approved terms and proactively manage repayment performance.
  • Cross-sell the Bank’s products and services to increase share of wallet and deepen relationships.
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and personalized service to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of client requests and issue resolution.
  • Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities to better serve clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Contribution to deposit growth within the assigned portfolio.
  • Growth in consumer loans and advances.
  • Acquisition of new high-value clients.
  • Cross-sell ratio across banking products.
  • Quality of loan portfolio (reduction in non-performing loans).
  • Timely monitoring of approved facilities.
  • Compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
  • Frequency and quality of client engagement.
  • Customer retention and relationship deepening.
  • Customer satisfaction and responsiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in platinum, priority, or wealth management banking.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and wealth management products, including investments and credit solutions.
  • Excellent relationship management, sales, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
