About Us
Inspiring Me Magazine is a UK-based youth magazine giving paid work experience to young adults aged 18+ in London. We are growing fast and need a sharp recruiter in Ghana to build our London sales team.

The Role
You will screen and sign up sales reps in London – all from your laptop in Ghana.

Day-to-day you will:

• Reply to applicants who respond to our job adverts
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates
• Interview candidates by phone or video call
• Book successful reps in to start work
• Report your numbers weekly to the Director

Pay 

• Basic salary: GHS 1,500 per month
• Bonus: GHS 250 for every rep you hire
• Realistic monthly earnings: GHS 3,000-5,000
• No cap – hire more, earn more

Hours

• Full-time, UK business hours (roughly 8am-4pm Ghana time)

What You Need

• Some recruitment or sales experience
• Your own laptop and reliable internet
• Strong spoken and written English
• Confident on phone and video calls
• Self-motivated – you will work independently

Contract

• Independent contractor agreement
• 1 month paid trial, then ongoing if targets are met
