Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and customer service.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent performance.
• Ensure effective staff scheduling, supervision, and performance management.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback and service issues.
• Control inventory, manage stock levels, and support cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality industry standards.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive initiatives that improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented restaurant environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and service standards.
• Professional appearance, discipline, and a positive attitude.
