We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Role Purpose

You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, prepared, and maintained to the highest hospitality standards. You will contribute directly to guest comfort by delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and toiletries
• Replenish guest amenities and ensure rooms are fully stocked
• Inspect rooms thoroughly to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, storage areas, and assigned housekeeping zones
• Follow hygiene, safety, and infection control procedures at all times
• Respond promptly to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Support housekeeping supervisors in maintaining overall room readiness

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of Basic Education or Senior High School (SHS) certificate
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage but not required
• Willingness to learn and work in a service-driven environment
