Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Route Sales Representative to manage assigned sales routes, build strong customer relationships, and drive product distribution. The successful candidate will ensure consistent product availability, achieve sales targets, and represent the company professionally in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service assigned sales routes to ensure consistent product availability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers
- Achieve and exceed sales and distribution targets within assigned territories
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and visibility at customer locations
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
- Collect payments and maintain accurate sales and delivery records
- Provide market feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery
- Maintain company vehicle responsibly and comply with safety and operational standards
Educational Background & Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work extended business hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic numerical and record-keeping skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
