Role Overview

PowerCare Ghana is seeking energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused Sales Agents to drive customer acquisition and promote its services. The successful candidates will actively engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through direct sales efforts.
  • Promote PowerCare Ghana’s services clearly and persuasively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Confidence in engaging customers and presenting solutions.
  • Basic organizational and time management skills.
