Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Assistants. In this full-time role, you will actively engage customers, promote our unique Kente collections, and contribute to creating a memorable shopping experience while supporting the growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
• Provide detailed information about Kente fabrics and guide customers in their selections
• Actively support sales efforts and contribute to achieving store targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Support team operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities

Requirements

• Hold a minimum of an HND qualification
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Show excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Possess the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Feel comfortable using technology and learning new software systems
• Exhibit a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
