Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote life insurance products

• Educate clients on policy options and benefits

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

• Use digital tools and technology to manage leads and customer information

• Participate in sales meetings, training, and outreach activities

• Represent the company’s brand and values professionally at all times

Requirements

• SHS Certificate or Tertiary qualification

• Minimum age: 25 years and above

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong passion for sales and customer engagement

• Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital sales tools

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

• Ability to work full-time in Accra
