We are seeking an ambitious and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving vehicle sales, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey. You will identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and provide expert guidance to help customers select the right vehicle solutions.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets, and working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive vehicle sales and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Promote and sell vehicles by effectively matching customer requirements with suitable models and solutions.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and financing options.
  • Follow up on sales leads, customer inquiries, and prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding vehicle specifications, features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with financing, insurance, and vehicle ownership solutions where applicable.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, emerging trends, and new vehicle models.
  • Accurately update customer information and sales activities within CRM systems.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

You should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

Experience

You should have:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Additional Requirement

  • A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
