SALES EXECUTIVE (FULL-TIME)

Location: Accra

We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Position Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, engage prospective customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You will actively promote our products and services, contribute to revenue growth, and support the achievement of the organization’s sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Promote and present products and services to customers effectively.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization professionally during meetings, events, and customer engagements.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Educational Requirements

  • A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Experience identifying business opportunities and converting leads into customers.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
