Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations across multiple locations. You will actively drive revenue growth, develop high-performing sales teams, and strengthen client relationships while maintaining a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sales teams across assigned regions
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolios
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable reports to management
- Coach and mentor sales executives to improve productivity and results
- Ensure consistent achievement of company sales objectives
Requirements
- Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations effectively
- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
- Experience in financial services or consultancy is an advantage
