Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead high-quality sales agents to achieve consistent sales targets (cases and premiums)
  • Drive prospecting, lead generation, referrals, appointment booking, and sales conversions
  • Organize and deliver institutional presentations and sales activations
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual KPIs
  • Manage and grow a strong salesforce, ensuring productivity and performance excellence
  • Vet proposal forms accurately and ensure timely submission of sales documentation
  • Deliver high-quality client service and uphold professional sales standards
  • Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance accurately and on time
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships and networks to support sales growth

Skills and Competencies Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Insurance or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales leadership role
  • Strong ability in agency recruitment and field team development
  • Proven capability to manage and lead a sales team of 10+ agents effectively
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and business development skills
  • Strong sales forecasting, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High emotional intelligence and people management skills
