Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead high-quality sales agents to achieve consistent sales targets (cases and premiums)
- Drive prospecting, lead generation, referrals, appointment booking, and sales conversions
- Organize and deliver institutional presentations and sales activations
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual KPIs
- Manage and grow a strong salesforce, ensuring productivity and performance excellence
- Vet proposal forms accurately and ensure timely submission of sales documentation
- Deliver high-quality client service and uphold professional sales standards
- Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance accurately and on time
- Build and maintain strong business relationships and networks to support sales growth
Skills and Competencies Required
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Insurance or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales leadership role
- Strong ability in agency recruitment and field team development
- Proven capability to manage and lead a sales team of 10+ agents effectively
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and business development skills
- Strong sales forecasting, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High emotional intelligence and people management skills
