Key Responsibilities
- Recruit quality sales manpower and build strong, high-performing teams
- Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve sales targets and promote the company brand
- Conduct structured training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide continuous feedback to team members
- Support team members in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensure accurate vetting and timely submission of proposal forms and sales documentation
- Uphold professional sales practices and deliver excellent client service
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, market trends, and sales forecasts for Branch Managers
Skills and Competencies Required
- University Diploma or professional qualification in Insurance or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year in a sales leadership role OR 3 years’ experience as a top-performing life insurance Sales Agent
- Strong ability in sales agency recruitment and team building
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to support team development
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good understanding of life insurance sales processes and industry practices
