Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit quality sales manpower and build strong, high-performing teams
  • Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve sales targets and promote the company brand
  • Conduct structured training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide continuous feedback to team members
  • Support team members in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensure accurate vetting and timely submission of proposal forms and sales documentation
  • Uphold professional sales practices and deliver excellent client service
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, market trends, and sales forecasts for Branch Managers

Skills and Competencies Required

  • University Diploma or professional qualification in Insurance or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year in a sales leadership role OR 3 years’ experience as a top-performing life insurance Sales Agent
  • Strong ability in sales agency recruitment and team building
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to support team development
  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good understanding of life insurance sales processes and industry practices
