Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by promoting our fire safety solutions, building lasting client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
  • Promote fire safety and security solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in fire safety systems, security systems, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong understanding of industrial, commercial, and home safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
