Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to support business growth and strengthen customer engagement in Accra. The successful candidate will promote company products, manage customer relationships, and actively contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Monitor market trends and report on competitor activities
• Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction

Educational Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is an advantage
