Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Cash Operations Specialist to manage, monitor, and reconcile daily cash activities across operations in Accra. The successful candidate will ensure accurate cash handling, maintain financial integrity, and support smooth financial operations across branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cash management processes across assigned outlets
- Reconcile cash collections, deposits, and financial records accurately
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Identify and resolve cash variances and report discrepancies promptly
- Support implementation of cash control procedures and compliance standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports for management review
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal controls
- Support audits and financial reviews when required
Educational Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
Skills and Competencies
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Good understanding of cash handling and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
