Job Summary

Kings Paint Depot seeks a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales, support customers, and promote the company’s products effectively. The successful candidate will identify sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to achieving branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s paint and décor products to customers.
• Provide professional product advice and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Assist customers with inquiries, quotations, and product information.
• Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports when required.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom remains organized and attractive.
• Collaborate with team members to support branch operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good customer service and relationship management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with sales reporting tools.
