Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented Sales Representative to drive the adoption of biogas systems among farmers. The successful candidate will identify prospects, educate rural communities on the benefits of biogas technology, and convert leads into long-term customers. This role plays a critical part in expanding clean energy access and supporting sustainable farming practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage farmers and agricultural stakeholders as potential customers.
  • Educate clients on how biogas systems convert waste into clean, usable energy.
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and community outreach activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within rural communities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Agriculture, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales or working with rural communities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and educate diverse audiences effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
  • Basic understanding of agricultural practices or renewable energy solutions is an advantage.
