Japan Home is a fast-growing home appliance company in Ghana, providing quality products to individuals, households, and businesses. As part of our continued growth and market expansion, we are looking for two energetic and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team in Accra.

Position Summary

The Sales Representatives will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products, identifying new customers, following up on sales opportunities, and helping the company expand its customer base.

This is a target-driven role suitable for individuals who are confident approaching potential customers, enjoy selling, and are motivated by achieving results and earning performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Japan Home products to prospective and existing customers.
• Actively identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales.
• Conduct field sales and prospecting activities to develop new business opportunities.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads, and prospective customers to convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work toward assigned individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, exhibitions, and other marketing activities when required.
• Gather customer and market feedback and report relevant information to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

Qualifications and Requirements

• SHS, Diploma, HND, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, marketing, or customer-facing work is an advantage.
• Experience selling home appliances, electronics, consumer goods, or related products is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in sales and the ability to confidently approach and engage potential customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
• Willingness and ability to undertake field sales activities.
• Ability to work toward targets and perform in a results-driven environment.
• Good customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
