We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and strengthen customer relationships.

Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the sales team, monitor performance, support business development initiatives, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The successful candidate will coach and motivate team members, maintain high customer service standards, and work closely with the Sales Manager to expand the company’s client base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Sales Administrators and Field Sales Representatives.
  • Assign sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure individual and departmental objectives are achieved.
  • Motivate, coach, and mentor sales team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
  • Monitor customer service delivery and ensure customer inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Support the Sales Manager in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
  • Compile and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for the Sales Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Educational Qualification & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of sales experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving business growth targets.
