We are seeking an energetic, confident, and engaging Livestream Host to represent our brand, showcase our cosmetic products, and create interactive shopping experiences that drive customer engagement and sales.

Job Summary

The Livestream Host will present and promote the company’s cosmetic products through live streaming platforms. The successful candidate will engage viewers, demonstrate product benefits, answer customer questions, and create an enjoyable shopping experience that increases brand awareness and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions to introduce, demonstrate, and promote the company’s cosmetic products.
• Present product features, benefits, promotions, and campaigns using approved scripts and brand guidelines.
• Engage actively with viewers by responding to comments, answering questions, and providing product information during livestream sessions.
• Create an entertaining and interactive experience that encourages customer interest and purchases.
• Collaborate with the Telesales and Livestream Chat Support teams to improve customer engagement, order completion, and sales performance.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company’s brand image positively during all livestream activities.
• Build strong connections with customers through engaging communication and product storytelling.
• Participate in company training sessions to improve presentation, sales, and livestream hosting skills.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and customer preferences.
• Support promotional campaigns and digital marketing activities as required.

Educational Qualification & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A minimum of a Senior High School qualification; additional qualifications in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Public Relations, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, beauty retail, or livestream hosting is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Applicants should be female and below 30 years of age.
