Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Secretary to support daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will manage front-office activities, coordinate communications, and ensure a smooth flow of information within the clinic. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for patients and visitors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and welcome patients and visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of patient information
  • Prepare documents, reports, and administrative materials as required
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Coordinate meetings and support internal communication across departments
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive patient and organizational information
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations

Educational Requirements & Skills

  • Hold a Degree or HND in a relevant field
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
