Position Summary

We are seeking disciplined and vigilant Security Guards to protect our construction sites, personnel, equipment, and company assets. The successful candidates will monitor site activities, control access to company premises, respond to security incidents, and help maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure company premises, construction sites, and other assigned locations.
• Control access to project sites by verifying the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees.
• Conduct routine patrols to identify and report security risks or suspicious activities.
• Protect company property, equipment, materials, and other assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, incidents, and daily security activities.
• Enforce company security policies and site regulations.
• Report security breaches, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Security Supervisor.
• Assist with emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain professionalism and provide courteous assistance to employees and visitors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a security role, preferably within the construction, industrial, or corporate environment.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Physically fit and capable of working shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.
• Must be willing to relocate to Sunyani or already reside in the area.
