Role Overview

Doron Medical Center seeks a vigilant and responsible Security Guard who will ensure the safety of patients, staff, visitors, and property. You will maintain a secure environment by monitoring activities, controlling access, and responding promptly to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect security threats
• Control access to the facility and verify visitors when necessary
• Ensure the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors at all times
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or security incidents
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents
• Enforce safety procedures and hospital security policies
• Assist with crowd control and maintain order within the facility
• Report suspicious behavior or security breaches promptly

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of basic education (e.g., BECE/WASSCE or equivalent)
• Demonstrate previous experience in a security role (preferred)
• Show strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Maintain a high level of discipline, integrity, and professionalism
• Be physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods
• Reside in or near Afienya – New Jerusalem
