ROLE OVERVIEW

The Security Supervisor will oversee day-to-day security operations, supervise security personnel, and ensure a safe and secure working environment. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on experience in security management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Security Supervisor will:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the security team

• Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Conduct routine inspections and risk assessments to safeguard personnel, equipment, and infrastructure

• Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate investigations as required

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of security operations

• Train, mentor, and guide security personnel to enhance team performance

• Collaborate with management and other departments to address security needs

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

• Hold a degree or diploma in Security Management or a related field

• Have at least 2 years of experience in security, including minimum 1 year supervising teams

• Possess a valid Ghanaian DVLA driver’s license

• Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities

• Be proactive, responsible, and capable of managing security operations effectively
