Role Purpose

The Senior Account Manager drives client growth, strengthens strategic relationships, and ensures the delivery of high-quality marketing and creative solutions. The role acts as a trusted advisor to clients, leading engagements from concept to execution while identifying new business opportunities.

You will lead account teams, oversee creative processes, and ensure client satisfaction while consistently achieving revenue and performance targets.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Understand client needs and provide strategic guidance to achieve their business objectives.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Develop and execute client growth strategies and account development plans.
  • Achieve agreed revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Strategic & Creative Leadership

  • Lead client briefs, feedback sessions, and presentations with confidence and insight.
  • Guide the creative process from discovery through execution to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative, results-driven solutions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and manage Account Managers and Executives to ensure high performance.
  • Set clear performance expectations and support team development.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Performance Monitoring & Market Insights

  • Track client performance, gather feedback, and analyse market trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to maintain competitiveness and relevance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in client relationship management within advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and marketing development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative and digital processes.
  • Experience leading teams and managing performance effectively.
