Role Overview

As a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth across our residential and commercial property portfolio. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, negotiating and closing sales transactions, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

In addition to sales responsibilities, you will contribute to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event channels. You will also provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, helping to foster a high-performance culture focused on excellence and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in real estate sales, marketing, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Property Sales & Business Development

You will:

  • Drive sales across the company’s residential and commercial property portfolio.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and client consultations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and successfully close transactions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

You will:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives that strengthen market positioning and customer engagement.
  • Support promotional events, exhibitions, open houses, and property showcases.

Team Leadership & Coaching

You will:

  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior sales executives and field promoters.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the development of a high-performing sales culture.
  • Support sales planning and team performance monitoring activities.

Customer Experience & Transaction Management

You will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire client journey.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Support clients from initial enquiry through contract execution and property handover.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

You should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience

You should have:

  • Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
  • Experience within a property development company or real estate organization.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and closing high-value transactions.

Skills & Competencies

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong relationship management and customer engagement capabilities.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels and marketing performance measurement.

Added Advantage

  • Previous experience supervising or leading a sales team will be highly advantageous.
